Socialization can be anything from being good, necessary, to being evil depending on what each individual or institution perceive. As in the words of the famous or infamous Adolf Hitler: “through clever and constant application of propaganda, people can be made to see paradise as hell, and vice versa to consider the most wretched sort of life as paradise.”- Adolf Hitler. The aggravated absent mindedness people suffer from as soon as they get online, as they get sucked into a world of sublime lies, fabrication and fantasies; reminds me that socialization has ceased to be a matter of where one comes from but what one is exposed to. With media taking over almost every little remains of what was once called culture, culture itself is no longer of significance.
